History
Caruth Construction Incorporated (CCI) was incorporated in January of 1998 as a company specializing in residential footing and poured foundation walls. The President and Owner, Tom Caruth brought experienced leadership to CCI with over 15 years of poured wall foundation experience. In January 1998, CCI started with nine employees and by the end of 1998 it had grown to over twenty employees. Over 150 residential foundations and 10 commercial foundations were poured. In September 2003, CCI moved to the west edge of Ames at 2232 229th Place, Ames, Iowa. This location has enough room to house three pump trucks, two telebelt trucks and a boom truck. They went from nine employees to over forty employees and from over 150 foundations to over 500 foundations in 2005.
